From the broadcast signal of a live game, multiple virtual regional feeds can be created such that viewers watching live in each region will only see local brands advertising on the LED panels. Alternatively, we can take the signal, uplink it for processing and return it to the same broadcaster with original LED substituted by virtual LED with local brands. This process occurs with less than a 2-second delay.
